We truly enjoyed this place - good small and absolutely fantastic hotel.

The location was wonderful and incredible in a downtown area, very close to nearby stores and recommended restaurants, and the centre of old quarter. Stopped by Downtown Cafe & Restaurant to get some coffee and treats, it's right next to the venue, recommend. They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with a big window, comfy bed and the terrace and that was essential. The rate was VND -2147483648.

My stay was memorable for one night. Had facilities needed in my deluxe triple room, including central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television. I appreciated a smart decor and exceptionally comfortable beds. Its location was marvellous, to Hoan Kiem lake, and in a great area. Hoan Kiem district was worth staying in.

The staff was rather noisy.

Fairly quiet room with very comfy bed and very nice bathroom, for instance, kind staff. With an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware. What a great location in Hanoi's old quarter! Also - very close to the Hanoi Train station, nearby stores, and Hoan Kiem lake and the night market.

Quiet little hotel located so close to convenience stores and night market and money exchange and the centre of the old town. Quick check-in, fairly quiet rooms with very nice bathroom as well as the clothes etc. Smart design. Great location, a few steps away from Ngoc Son Temple, thoroughly enjoyed this place. Also, close to the lake.

The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, it's right by tourist attractions and food places. Also, it's just several blocks from Temple of the Jade Mountain and other tourist spots.

My favorite property in Hanoi. The hotel was exceptionally comfortable with variety of well-appointed and new-fashioned rooms. Had particularly good and magnificent location in Old Quarter, really close to Ngoc Son Temple. And so close to nearby stores, great nearby restaurants, and night life happens.

luminous viet exceeded our expectations during our long term stay in hanoi. the location in the heart of the old quarter was perfect. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. the staff, especially ms ly, provided excellent service and helpful advice.

The staff is amicable, the breakfast EXCELLENT, the location is excellent close enough to the center, a bus to the Hanoi Train station, and Hanoi Old Quarter. Its rooms are new-fashioned for a nice stay for one night. The extremely comfy bed, best I've ever slept in.

I had a fantastic stay at Luminous Viet. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They surprised me with a beautiful engagement celebration, discounted tours, and even a free airport drop-off. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and showcased Vietnamese culture. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved modern and well laid out room here with balcony and comfy bed and such high quality. The location was particularly good, close to Old Quarter. The service here was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay in a hotel located right in the center of the bustling Old quarter in Hanoi. The hotel is conveniently located next to the walking street that has just started last weekend. The room was comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist me. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of both Western and Vietnamese dishes. the hotel had great facilities including a rooftop terrace with beautiful city views.
