Fairly clean place with magnificent view of the sea. Huge & incredibly comfortable room, a TV set, a living area, and a kettle in there. Lovely and great staff, extremely comfy beds. What a fab stay, no complaint.

It was surely a great stay for short holidays. Coffee and eggs provided for breakfast was freshly made. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the twin room, as well as central heating, an electronic key card and a multi-channel television etc.

Beautiful and lovely hotel - unique base for holiday. Outstanding unit with a view. Fresh choice of breads, eggs, bacon, and cheese at breakfast. Awesome location by the sea or along the cliffs, and 15 minute walk from a scenic beach.

We had a lovely time at Luar in Portimao. The pool was clean and the water temperature was just right. We enjoyed sipping on cheap cocktails while lounging by the pool. The location of the hotel, right on the promenade, was perfect for easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Despite some minor drawbacks like old appliances and furniture, we found the room to be comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. we had a great stay and would recommend Luar to others.
