I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Saif from the cafe and Yacine from the beach bar. The location is also great, with easy access to transportation and situated on a beautiful beach. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, including the swimming pool and the variety of food served at breakfast.

We had a great New Year experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was amazing with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The buffet had a good variety of food, especially the meats and salads! The location was very convenient, with bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. We also loved the pool games and activities organized by the animation team. The fire show was mind-blowing!

Some of the rooms are a bit old-fashioned and need renovating. The air conditioning was not working properly in some rooms, and the phone was not connected.

Great amenities and facilities with multiple pools and beautiful nature. Awesome food with an a la carte restaurant included, and the friendly staff was very helpful and maintained a great level of service.

The all-inclusive service structure definitely needs some work. The buffet has endless lines, and some guests are not following basic hygiene practices, while others waste plates and food.

There were also plenty of dining options on-site, including a restaurant and bar. the service at this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I can't think of any negatives about this hotel. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

The animation team at El Ksar Resort & Thalasso was absolutely fantastic. From morning till night, they kept us entertained with fun games, dances, and shows. There was never a dull moment during our stay. The children also had a great time with their own activities.

Amazing Location and Fun Animation Team

During my recent stay at El Ksar, I was blown away by the hotel's amazing location. It was conveniently situated close to the beach and the vibrant "medina". I could easily explore and enjoy everything the area had to offer. The hotel rooms were also perfect and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable stay.

This hotel is in a great location on the beach, with easy access to nearby supermarkets. The room is clean and quiet with enough amenities such as a fridge and balcony. The cleaning staff are friendly and do a great job. Breakfast includes delicious omelettes and pancakes, and there is a good variety of food at dinner. The bar staff are accommodating and work hard to provide drinks. Your stay will be enjoyable thanks to the daily scheduled activities and foam pool parties. There is also a jet-skiing and paragliding spot near the beach for adventurous travellers.

Some guests may reserve sunbeds at the beach and poolside with their towels, but not use them, which may be frustrating if you want a good spot.
