The location was fairly central and right by vieux montréal, for a budget hotel the room provided a little oasis of calm in the middle of a vibrant city area. The lady on the phone found our reservation and assured me everything was fine, the staff and owner were very helpful and the food was great.

Location is the key, easily accessible by metro and 747 airport bus, the hotel is the worst dump I have ever seen and experienced, staff could be a little more attentive. The beds are really good too.
