Impeccably clean, reasonably large hotel with free parking on-site. Quick check-in, magnificent and perfect location really close to the festival, a large supermarket, and Obidos Castle.

Impeccably clean hotel, excellent service. Functional room with a balcony which overlooked the countryside and comfortable big bed plus the bath for £ 33. Satisfactory breakfast with cheese, yogurt plus town's products - well worth the money. Magnificent and easy location a couple of blocks away from Casa do Pelourinho Art Gallery. Also - close enough to a residential area and old town. The venue of choice in Obidos.

The hotel was delightful and exceptionally clean, had excellent views over the garden and countryside. Our guest room included central heating, a work desk, and satellite television. The garden served plenty of meals for breakfast. The location was excellent, for example, a preserved medieval castle was within walking distance of the property. And the area was beautiful, just off castle, shops and restaurants, Fatima, Tomar, Batalha and other nearby spots, and castle, and supermarket.

Loved the place, had a very good stay in winter. We booked standard twin room that was complete with lovely facilities and the garden as advertised.

We loved the convenience of the standard room available with whole bathroom, a balcony, as for instance. Having a shower, a hairdryer and guest toiletries was a bonus. The location was comfortable to everything you can see there.

Truly enjoyed Obidos, the hotel was good value unable to give information about transportation or even local events. Our breakfast was good and with town's products; the staff was extremely friendly. The location was excellent and amazing, within walking distance of a well-preserved medieval castle.

This hotel is a great find! the location is absolutely perfect - just a short 4-minute walk to the old town, yet far enough away to avoid any noise from the tourist areas. Secondly, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with lovely facilities and even air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer months. Lastly, the breakfast offered is simply delightful, with a nice view and a selection of delicious local products.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was flawless.

Location good. There was a fiesta happening in the town - that was great. We only stayed overnight and had a garden flat - that was good value for money.

Breakfast was very ordinary compared to other hotels.

The woman on reception during the day was extremely helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. The gardens were well-kept and had nice views. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning unit was quiet. It was a short walk to the centre of óbidos in a quiet residential street. Even though the hotel car park was full on Saturday evening, I was able to park just up the road for free.

The smell of mildew as you enter the room. It disappeared or I got used to it after a few minutes but it's quite off-putting to begin with.

We stayed at a hotel that was just a short walk away from the charming old town. It was easy to take pictures of the historical architecture and local lifestyle. The room was spacious and bright, with a nice view of surrounding nature. The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of fresh products. We also enjoyed the free parking and Wi-Fi.

The floor was sticky and we found hair in the bathroom. We had to request extra towels twice, and we noticed that the common sitting area was not tidy.
