On the positive side the staff were very friendly and helpful, it's situated in a reasonably good location and it's nice and clean.

Good location and in easy walking distance of the Royal Palace.

Quite good location in case you need travel a lot, quiet small hotel in a fairly central zone of the upper part of the city of Brussels and windows opened to give fresh air.

Only 5 mins to the tram and about 10 mins to the metro.

10 minutes to Metro (Louise) 3 stops to Midi and 4 stops to.

The rooms were poor to say the least the first room we had was tiny, the bed was rock hard, the curtains were falling off, the bathroom was freezing and filthy and the wall paper was stained all and its pictures were missing.

Furthermore the staff was friendly, the room I had was quite spacious as well as the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay here very much, I booked on a hotel website and only paid half the going rate for a lovely big bedroom and an equally spacious bathroom.

Nice check-in staff, big room, creaky floorboards, free wi-fi downstairs, nice soap & stuff in the bath, trouser press.

The bedroom was large,the bathroom small without any ventilation.

The breakfast room is adequate with a good selection of cold food and some hot items (buffet service).

Breakfast was as good if not better than most hotels we've stayed at in France and Belgium , hot food included sausage , eggs and bacon and the cold buffet , a good selection of cold cuts ,cheese , fruit , cereals etc.

The in house WiFi internet service functioned fine, i liked the warmness of the staff and as well as the bathroom.

Friendly , helpful reception staff who double up as barmen in the small bar(not expensive in our opinion , 3 euros for a bottle of.
