What a fairly nice stay, no complaints whatsoever. Perfect place to stay with perfect location to Chania airport and delicious food.

Clean room, good bed and quiet in the evenings. Particularly good location for visiting nightclubs and restaurants.

It was a really good stay, beautifully kept place. Came here for 11 nights with my child, everything was fantastic. The pool area was excellent and the location was exceptionally nice, close enough to Maleme, and a supermarket.

Loved my very very good stay for family vacation. Polite and accommodating staff, everything was wonderful. Extremely comfy bed made my room nice. The breakfast was great, it offered variety of perfect food.

The water park was a highlight of our stay. It had pools for all ages and the water slides were a lot of fun. There were also plenty of chairs and umbrellas available.

We found it odd that the pool towels could only be exchanged every 3 days and were not available on Sundays. This was inconvenient, especially considering it was a water park.

The pools were really nice.

We reserved a family room, but didn't realize how small the rooms were. Our family could not all comfortable fit in the room (2 adults a toddler and a baby). We had to leave early and find bigger accomodations.

Interesting place for city break in Maleme. The hotel is short way from Vaulted Tomb and apostolakis handmade ceramics. Mura served dishes within 200 feet off the property. No reason to complain with the hotel.

The service was excellent, including a great breakfast with local dishes. The location was marvellous for Maleme, near to Chania airport, Platanias and the restaurant and bars. The hotel was set only 1 km to German War Cemetery.

We came to Creta Princess for a break from "life" and it was perfect. The water facilities, including the swimming pool and toboggan, were a hit with the kids. The entertainment team was outstanding and made our stay extra enjoyable. The employees were kind and attentive to all our needs. The hotel and facilities were excellent, with a comfortable and well-equipped bungalow. The food choices were varied and catered to our vegetarian child. The snack bar by the pool served great snacks, and the pina coladas were a favorite. The swimming pools were kept clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. the hotel offered excellent value for money and we can't wait to return.

Loved staying at the double room with WiFi, Champagne, extra beds for a childrens. The breakfast was great, the check in was early.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, allowing easy access to enjoy the sun and sea. Guests can indulge in typical Greek cuisine, which is served at the on-site restaurants. Additionally, there are nearby establishments where guests can experience a more lively atmosphere in the evening.

The quality of the drinks served at the bar is disappointing, lacking in taste and quality.

This was a real good stay for family vacation. Affable staff and great breakfast with local dishes that lived up to my expectations. I loved that the room was good-sized with extra beds for a childrens.
