  I checked in last minute and was blown away by the location, food, rooms and atmosphere. I have traveled long and far and have yet to come across more professional attentive and warm and welcoming staff. Our lakeside room was to die for and the overall hotel was 5*. I have to mention one staff member who stood out. Ciara (formally of the Killyhelvin) was professional, attentive and like a old friend inviting you back to their home.

  All the furnishings are luxurious, both in the room and around the hotel. In my opinion, it is not a great place for kids, as the pool is small & not much else for kids to do at this stage.

  When they were finally ready we were assured our bags were up there,they weren't, and it took another phone call to sort that. Both the meal and the spa treatment were complimentary after our stress. On the positive side our food was good, I really enjoyed the beef.

  On arrival we were told our room was not ready, it was after 3,we sat out on the very pleasent patio outside the bar in the sunshine for 1 1/2 hours and had to go in and out to enquire on the readiness of our rooms. Our friends had booked 4 sessions in the Thai spa and were told there was no record of the bookings. A meeting with the Duty and General manager appeared unhelpful.

  The rooms are tastefully decorated and quite spacious. The little extras like, robe, slippers and chocolates at night are just special. All staff we encountered were efficient and friendly and i have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and i hope to be back again in the near future.

  The lesiure facilities are very good, and pretty quiet when we used them. New, finished off very well and excellent service.

  From the moment we arrived each and every member of staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The room (we had a basic room, not one of the suites) was of a very high standard, with a spacious bathroom and tasteful fittings. Our twin beds were comfortable with non allergenic bedding. Turn down involved leaving little chocolates by the bed - a lovely touch. We had booked appointments at the spa which is a truly authentic thai experience. Having stayed at the Dhara Devi (I suspect whoever designed this spa had also stayed there) I can honestly say that the spa experience was quite similar to that which I experienced in Chiang Mai. The therapists are thai girls and the treatments and products are from Thailand, even the Dilmah tea served in the spa is sourced from the general region (Sri Lankan in origin I believe). The spa treatments and facilities were quite simply superb.

  Check in was quick and efficient and also genuinely friendly. The room was clean and well laid out with all modern cons you need and expect. The spa and pool area is especially outstanding with its wonderfully elaborate decor and relaxing environment.

  230- i didn’t mind paying the high price as I thought the hotel was 5*! I doubt very much that the hotel is 5* as the amenities do not at all match the size of the bedrooms and the service left alot to be desired! You'd definitely know that the hotel has just been opened as many of the staff don’t seem to know what they are at! From we got there until we left the service was very poor! I have to say they did try to accommodate us with a later reservation but it didn’t suit us so we went into Enniskillen and had dinner! The best part about the hotel is their spa- it seems like the only part of the hotel that they've got right! Service was terrible and overall very disappointing!

  We were initially given substandard rooms, which thankfully got changed after complaining. However it is a beautiful location, & the hotel is amazing, but they really do need to recruit some decent management. Beautiful location, awful service - disappointing.

  The rooms were very hot, with no air conditioning (beware). The next morning at breakfast it again was difficult to get served, and our hot breakfast was brought out in stages so we couldn't eat together. To top it off they'd lost our wedding reservation from the schedule.
