Phenomenal place! Sam took such good care of us we almost extended our stay in Phnom Penh for an extra day. They made us breakfast at 6 so we could get to the boat on time, and in every way considerate and thoughtful. Sam and his team are awesome!

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never felt as at home and taken care of as I did at Lotus Luxury Villa. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself has a very relaxing atmosphere that is great to come back to after work, and the chef can make great cuisine from the us, Cambodia, and Europe. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly and it is the only place I will recommend or stay in Phnom Penh when I need a hotel in the future.

I think the staff, especially the Manager mr sam is quite helpful.
It is quite expensive at rate of 70usd per night considering the facillities are quite basic. Room is very basic comfort. It looks like some one s private apartment. No tatsteful decor. No bathroom sliipers provided. Breast fast is a huge negative. It is common everywhere in cambodia. There is no buffet break fast. You have choose between few choices. No options fro vegetarians. Omlettes are awful. Only tqo slices of bread give which were smelling of artificial food additives. In the name of fruits, small 3slices of watermelon and one slice of pine apple was given. Overall not worth the 70usd.

A bit more attention should be given to details such as a small lamp / reading lightnext to the bed is handy and the jacuzzi is nice but not very practiale for a morning shower.

Extremely helpful staff, not just in terms of South-East Asia, but even in global comparison. The manager is present on the facilities most of the time and all members of the staff were not only ready to help but also smiling, friendly and open. House and room were very nice and the sofa balcony or the poolside garden is a great place to spend an evening. The Villa is located very close to city centre, about 3 min tuk- tuk ride or a 10-minute walk from the monument of independence.
The only thing was breakfast. They have a set breakfast menu, not a buffee, and the quantity is somewhat lacking. If you could choose two items on the menu, it would be perfect, but it's limited to one within the room price. Everything else is really good. The rest of the food on the a la carte menu is very good in both taste and quantity.

I was disappointed with the facility which they offer us. It's not worth for usd70 and it's not a 4 star standard. Bad decoration, bad bed, simple and bad breakfast. The bathroom facility is cheap and not in good order. I never come back again.

The personal attention was first class and the facilities very good indeed, for a budget price. My stay was brief and the set-up ideal for a short stay - it is not a venue with a lot to do on the premises or in the immediate neighbourhood.
The ability to use email in the room was somewhat constrained by a limited amount of desk space - but only a small quibble.
