The best in Moscow, my bed is more comfortable than my own at home and two excellent restaurants and even better lobby bar. Only location will be good, most of the staff are friendly and the concierge is knowledgeable and efficient. The room is spacious, piano playing some classic jazz standards and toilet has a heated seat. The chef's complimentary entrees really mouth watering and the cocktails are just deliciuos.

Excellent location for shopping and the atmosphere cosy. Totally worth the price, pleasant service and the concierge was also very professional. My room was spacious, bathtub were fabulous and the wireless was perfect. The food was delicious.

The lotte hotel is located just about in the perfect area and the service is excellent. Rooms are large, comfortable, the restaurants are also very good and Italian ham to fresh fruits. The spa is nice.

Extremely comfortable and excellent service, fully equipped rooms, nice selection of drinks in the bar. Incredible wireless, large flat screen and in the morning breakfast buffet just stunned its abundance. Lots of delicious fresh fruit and the local beer isn't that bad. Pool seemed good also.

Service wonderful and comfortable bed. Concierge helpful in providing restaurants, choices from excellent breads and offers the standard European cold dishes as well as warm. The gym is good.

Неплохой отель, как для делового визита. Центр города, остановки общественного транспорта и метро совсем рядом. Плюс в отеле предоставили бесплатный Wi-Fi и бизнес-центр, где мне таки довелось поработать. Дизайн самого номера был довольно современным, но для меня роли особо не играл. Уютно, комфортно. Я бы приехал сюда еще раз в качестве туриста, так как отель предоставляет массу услуг для отдыха, включая спа салон, но в этот раз я туда так и не попал.

Минусов в этом отеле я не нашел.

Больше всего нам понравилось то, что отель Lotte находится непосредственно возле Кремля. И не смотря на то, что отель расположен в центре, шума в комнате не было слышно вообще. Отдельно хочется отметить нашу комнату- просторная, с мягкой кроватью, а ванная просто шик. Кстати, доступ в интернет предоставляется бесплатно. А еще мы ходили в спа, очень понравилось. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще раз.

Немного дороговато, но услуги и сервис того стоят.
