  The duty free shop is good is not big and this hotel is amazing in all means. After hearing the price we went to hyatt is more reasonable price and enjoyed alot, the staff are fabulous, we shared 2 beds are reasonably large. The breakfast is excellent.

  Wonderful location and the bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel was extraordinary, my spacious room was a 10 minute walk from the lobby. Staff were warm and friendly and food was great. We arrived on sunday 7th of September and the outdoor pool was open.

  Huge and boarded by a population looks for vegas style, luxurious hotel. Service was prompt and professional, rooms were also nice, the dinner buffet by the volcano show was good.

  Hotel is big, the staff are just great and the sapphire room breakfast is the best. The food is good and the parking facilities is very well organized and free for sure.

  Good service and spacious room. A huge vanity mirror and great restaurants. Dinner bufe is crazy expensive, the SPA is excellent.

  Nice bathroom, outdoor pool.

  Hotel staff found difficult to communicate in English and the decoration was a little bit old. Service at reception and the bar was slow and painful, food was incredibly expensive.

  Good location and facility, taxi driver is friendly. Hotel price is too high and free internet access in the lobby. The island is pleasant, the service is excellent and the corridor leading to the conference rooms is spacious. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing.
