Great and lovely hotel located not far from Haeundae Beach and the 9 story Lotte Department store which has a nice collection of stores and many local shops, eateries. Impressive rooms with a nice view and fantastic service. Marvellous location - feet from a shopping mall. Also, in nearby areas buzzing with atmosphere.

The property was really close to the Seomyeon metro station. The Lotte Department store had a nice collection of stores and food choices. Tasteful solid black Japanese artwork could be seen at the sauna reception desk. Had nice dainties at Krispy Kreme Seomyeon, located a minute walk from the hotel.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the city center with easy access to everywhere. The staff treated me like a VIP, they were friendly and provided excellent service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Busan and I had a fantastic experience. the hotel's location was perfect as it was right in the city centre, on top of a big department store. This made it very convenient for me to explore the busy city and do some shopping at the same time. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to help and made me feel very welcome. The rooms were also great, with all necessary amenities and a clean bathroom. I especially loved the hot tubs which provided a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the breakfast included in my stay was of a high standard, with the quality of the food above average. It was a delicious start to my mornings and definitely added value to my stay.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.
