Stunningly beautiful hotel in a pretty nice area near Jaco as well as a great Italian restaurant. Nice building and exceptionally clean and huge rooms with spectacular views.

The beds were very comfortable. The room had a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a dining area. The bathrooms were spacious with roll-in showers. The resort is in a secure location with stunning garden views. It's also conveniently close to a beautiful beach.

The hotel was beautiful and nicely appointed. Really enjoyed the ocean front view from our king room. The location of the property was stunning, right by the Pacific ocean. It was also very close to the main restaurant, which was great with lots of fresh fruits and loved the pineapple smoothies. The golf course was a bonus. The room was well decorated with a garden view, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous and included. The free parking was on-site, efficient service.

The ecotour led by Yaudasio was truly memorable - we spotted a Costa Rican Sloth! Indalecio Rocha and Kimbery at the La Hacienda kitchen provided exceptional service. Carlos made our kids' day by letting them make their own pizza and pancakes. Luis Araya went above and beyond to accommodate our picky eater. The kids club staff were friendly and the photographer took amazing pictures. Check-in and out was a breeze.

The decoration of the hotel

We went there with the idea of resting on our last day of vacation, when we arrived we wanted a quiet, relaxed day listening to nature. At the pool they turn the music so loud that you can hear it all the way to the other end of the hotel, there is no area where you can be quiet . The rooms are super comfortable but the walls are made of paper, I could hear the people on the side talking, when they came in, even when they pulled the toilet. You can hear when the cleaning carts pass by, room service and when people walk by outside the room. I thought it was an abuse that you pay so much for not being able to rest or relax as you want to. On the other hand, I thought that this hotel was going to have the beach of dreams as I read but you go into the sea and it is murky there are branches and trunks, disappointed! There are more beautiful beaches in Costa Rica
