The hotel is right between the convention center and the "Avenyn" so it is a great location.
Very good location, kungsportsavenyen is just 10 minutes away and lorensberg I think is an old hotel.
I stayed a few days here for a business trip: it's a charming and quiet place, near the convention center, the Scandinavium and the Liseberg Park, 15mn away from the city hall by foot.
The Paddan Boats were closed for the year, but they helped us find the Water Taxi across the Gota river.
The single rooms looked quite small and were confirmed by other guests as being rather tight on space, so if space is a big deal and you are not sharing a room, consider requesting a double.
This is an older hotel with great service and clean rooms with comfortable beds.
The only thing I could complain about is the small TV in the room but they that's nothing really.
Lots of cosy small rooms around the lobby and good breakfast.
A breakfast area consisting of several small rooms and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
Large dining areas, beautiful hotel and wonderful breakfast.
The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Scandanavia.
The neighborhood is quiet and the breakfast plentiful.
You will have a wonderful breakfast buffet incuded in the price.
This was our first visit to Gothenburg - the staff was eager to help us and made a few phone calls for us (we do not speak Swedish).
Good atmosphere, coffee and tea free in the lobby, as well as ADSL internet connection.
