Hotel Lopez De Haro Bilbao - 毕尔巴鄂

If you plan on spending a few days in Bilbao the location of this hotel is hard to beat.

The location of the hotel is excellent for access to river walkways (I ran along the river every morning.

In Bilbao, this hotel has the best location for its star rating - not too far from either the Old Town or the Guggenheim.

They helped us figure out bus schedules for day trips to San Sebastian and the La Rioja region, however late at night.

Plaza Moyua, Guggenheim Bilbao, a tram stop and Casco Viejo (the farthest at maybe a 15-minute walk).

The bathroom was fine (and about the same size as the room), the air con worked and the television doubled up as a computer allowing you access onto the Internet.

The rooms are moderate sized, mine was at the back and very quiet, a nice large bathroom and good shower, good air conditioning.

The bathroom was ok, nice and large with a great bath that kept the water hot for ages (a nice treat after being out all day), and two basins which is a nice feature.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very quiet except for some hammering going on at 8am(!

The furnishings, restaurants, bar and lobby are all exquisitely done, and the staff are very friendly.

There are some great restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk from the Hotel and so laziness (which we do very well) is the only real reason you would choose to eat and drink there.

Breakfast excellent, a traditional Asador from them for dinner and i used too the overnight private parking facility.

The staff at reception were the most helpful i have ever met and the room we stayed in was very comfortable.

The service at the front desk was excellent and the rooms were extremely clean.

The situation was very central, the hotel was convenient to the city and the service at the front desk was excellent.

The price was reasonable enough at around 100 euros, the staff spoke excellent English and the receptionist team was very helpful.

Often we did not have to ask for our key after returning from a day of sight-seeing in this beautiful region; the staff would have it ready as we approached the front desk.

The Bilbao hotel scene is improving – there is a new (July 02) design hotel called the Domine oppos the Guggenheim (with an astounding lobby) and a Sheraton opens in 2003.

Great friendly staff, clean nice room and many restaurants.

Also the rooms were clean and spacious, the food was pretty good.

That my room was very clean and breakfast was a nice buffet.

Staff very courteous, room quiet and cooked food all brilliantly fresh.
