First-class service, I enjoyed brilliant food.

The rooms were all new-fashioned and airy with a view of the pitch at Twickenham stadium and bath.

Comfortable place with amazing views of the pitch. Special atmosphere and good location next to public transport, a very nice pub serving good food and Twickenham train station.

Clean place with very pleasant staff members and pitch views. Ideal location also close to Kew Gardens and huge rooms. First-class services, good Wi-Fi. The very good check-in.

Its location was good to a very nice pub serving good food. And we were close to the train station, a restaurant and such a prestigious stadium and so high price rooms for match day.

The double room had a mini fridge and climate control, facilities worked for us. Enjoyed the location in the outskirts of Chessington.

Some of the staff were really slow.

The hotel provides breads, cereal, pastries, and fruit for breakfast, the food is brilliant. Magnificent location really close to a taxi, the restaurant after a game, and public areas, its central.

It has not very good views and the bathroom is not thoroughly cleaned.

The breakfast was good hot on offering drinks, the best I had in Twickenham. Also, location was best possible and historic, just 5 minutes walk from a rugby union stadium. This hotel was in a good area right by railway station, and a thunderous waterfall cascading down from the rooms/stands above crashing into sheet metal.

The room was huge, modern with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. This accommodation had a central setting to Twickenham stadium. Again, it was 2 miles from a Grade ii listed house.

Had a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay at the weekend & would stay here again. The room was freshly cleaned, with a view over the pitch. The location was favourable and magnificent, near to rail station, Twickenham bars and shops, and restaurant, loved this place. Furthermore, to be a 10 minute walk around the back of the stadium.

The rooms are freshly cleaned and huge with lovely views. The location is central. The hotel is located at the end of the road.

Breakfast is standard, rooms are very hot, Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The room is huge, new-fashioned comes with a great view and windows sealed plus probably the best bed. The breakfast is savoury and hot on the scrambled eggs and the location is fab. All in all they offer first-class service. Special atmosphere, yet some people working here are very slow.

Clean and wonderful place and the breakfast was tasty. Booked a room with 2 comfortable queen sized beds. The check-in was very good and the atmosphere was special overall. Besides, there was parking off site. The hotel was what I enjoyed during the trip.

All members of the staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. There were large beds and a mini-refrigerator and heating inside the room. The breakfast was tasty especially fresh bread, cereal, pastries, and fruit.

Views of the town were pleasant, the room was freshly cleaned and brand-new. There was comfy bed, super friendly and extremely polite staff at the reception desk by an extremely friendly receptionist. The location of the hotel was excellent - at a short distance from a home stadium. It was located minutes from the the train station.

Stayed here before a rugby event at Twickenham. Perfect location if you're driving, with clean rooms and great views. Brilliant check-in experience with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Quiet area with easy access to town by bus right outside the door. Plenty of dining options nearby. Enjoyed using the Virgin Club for swimming, but it can get busy as it's not operated by the hotel.

Would recommend this hotel.
