The location is perfect for shopping, walking, noshing and the underground, the decor is wonderful and the room I was given was a large room, the staff couldn't have been more pleasant helpful. The bed is super comfortable and made hard to get up.

After one particularly long day of sightseeing, we were surprised to hear a knock at our door and the hotel rating was far too optimistic. Staff were pleasant and efficient, room was excellent, the pool was perfect and came in handy as a great break for the kids.

Brilliant location right at the corner of park lane Oxford Street and the hotel is spotless and the rooms large and modern. Service and knowledge of the concierge desk is awesome, beds are very comfortable and the staff are helpful.
