  On site restaurant did have decent waffles, hotel was fine and the reception staff were very friendly. The room was clean and breakfast the next morning was much better as was fresh. Eggy the concierge was very helpful.

  Great position for Wembley and shopping, nice hotel. Reception quick and efficient, helpful friendly concierge, room was too hot and the aircon dial was missing. The restaurant and bar were welcoming and the restaurant was good value.

  Good location, zone 2 for a travel card, very near tube stations and an exceptionally clean hotel the staff are friendly. The room looked like a cheap holiday inn dressed up as a marriott and decent choice to experience London. American marriott's are better and nicer, the kids really liked the pool, is heated and indoors.

  Good value in central/nw London and pleasant helpful staff. Nice + clean rooms and super food.

  Poor house keeping and Kilburn, to be honest is not a particularly chic part of town.

  Nice hotel to stay/relax and excellent staff. Rooms large by uk standards, great breakfast.

  Old style of bathrooms, concierge wasn't really helpful and too bad about the swiming pool.
