Clean place with awesome view on the town. Well-equipped and beautifully maintained room plus nice bathroom. Big beds & polite employees at the reception desk. Amazing, favourable location easy to buy from nearby shop. Also - so close to the bustling areas of "downtown Dubai, and Mall shopping complex.

Good standard and incredibly beautiful hotel, it has PLEASANT staff at the reception desk. The breakfast is very very good, and the location is favourable adjacent to another department store within walking distance, the bustling areas of " downtown Dubai, and Al-Karrama metro station. We will come back anytime!

Very very nice staff, the rooms are well-equipped and absolutely perfect. The location is favourable and handy, 2 miles from The One. And it's nestled in a nice building close to restaurants and shops and dubai mall or malls of emirates and super market plus indian and Pakistani restaurant.

All in all everything was very good, had an amazing stay probably in eid Holidays. The room we booked was neat and compact. It was a good and handy location for us, not far from the metro station, restaurants and a supermarket.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Dubai. The spacious room had fresh clean bedding and towels, and the bed was really comfortable. Despite previous reviews, the room was quiet and had a pleasant air. The location was great, with easy access to taxis, metro, and buses, making it convenient to explore the city. The quick direct metro connection to the airport was also a plus. The buffet Indian meal at the restaurant was delicious, and there was plenty of storage space in the room. The openable window provided natural lighting and fresh air. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel for exploring Dubai.

I styed one night, it was Friday the hotel was quite, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The towels and the linen in my room was old and not white clean.

The staff and location are very god with the staff in particular taking a little more interest in their local area than most Dubai hotels allowing them to give basic but accurate information on the location of local services

The shower constantly leaked onto the floor and despite raising this with staff and management nothing was done to put right - a common complaint when talking to other guests
