      Anything apart from good location

Dirty, uncomfortable, the pictures didnt correspond with real apartment, better than aparment I would call it room, or hole better...

This is one of the worst hotels in have ever stayed in. The room i was given was very very dirty in the basement. The kitchenware were dirty too. This was a ripp off. I managed to talk to the hotel landlord to give us another room but i had to pay more. The landlord was polite but this is definitly not worth the money you pay for.

i guess everything was bad at this hotel except for the location.

      The location is good.

The hotel had a poor standard of furniture and linen, overall run down. I would not rate it as a three star (apartment) hotel, and it should not have the word luxury in its description.

Since this is an Apartment hotel no other services is on offer. But the man behind the desk was helpful and friendly. However you do not give the street number up so that must be improved. Since I know the area fairly well, it worked but I had to call the hotel to get the street no. Ljm

Lack of bulbs in bathroom. Lousy internet connection and even problems with the mobile phone coverage. No soaps. Shoul have had a proper wash out!

      It was very convenient

If they spent about 1 months rent on each appartment they could improve the place enormously. They could probably also increase the rent by c 20% and therefore get the money back in a year. While it is kept clean it is badly in need of painting and redecorating. It was not delux and not superior but with a little effort it could be

      The location was very good.

The hotel itself was awful. Very dirty and badly run. We were extremely disappointed with the establishment and it tarnished our stay in London.

Quiet and very convenient location for shopping, dining and jogging in the park.

No way 4 star hotel or appartment. During our 3 nights stay, no bed making, no towel exchange, nor no toilet paper supply. I was told by the reception man to buy them by myself. Quite insulted by the reception. The worst thing is that the reception is always no attendance and not ready to accept any claims. Maybe clever tactics to avoid any further survice. During our stay I have seen several guests heavily complaining over the phone since no one at the reception in the evening.

Location is very good near underground (High Street Kensington).

It was ridiculous. There is no sign it is a hotel nothing. It is just a regular house with a regular door. If you don't have a phone number of old man who is managing hotel - no chance you will find it! Yes there is no hotel staff - only an old man who is living in the next building and knows the owner and "helps him". He is on the front desk only at 9am- 10am if you want to meet him - you need to call and ask him to come (it takes 15-30 mins). The room for 8 is actually for 5 maximum - beware! However small rooms for 3-4 on the 2-4 floors are fairly ok for a very low-budget trip. However I was happy with hotel because managed to get a decent discount and location was perfect for my business trip.

Very difficult to say what we liked best about the Aparthotel apart from the fact that its location was very convenient for us.

There was no full address for the Aparthotel and our taxi driver or local people had no idea that it existed. No external sign at all.

We did not find the apartment ready and he checked in us in different one in the basement which was not to the required standards and very dirty.Linen sheets/towel and general state of apartment very dirty and kitchenware were dirty too .Refrigerator & tv were not working and had to be repaired after 3 days of our stay I informed immediately on the first day but they did not provide any help The apartment,s manager / owner was very un friendly at the checking in time and informed us “ if you do not like go to other hotel “ but since we didn't have time to go and find out another hotel ,we accepted on promise he will do something in next days which he did but again found same conditions and below standards and the internet was not working “no signal” at all.He said he is a millionaire and doesn't care even if we cancel the reservation but he took the payment for the full period in advance on arrival. We were extremely disappointed and really disturb our stay / vacation in London. At the end and due to frequent complains he acknowledged the problems and agree to give some discount as a compensation which he did partially and promised to refund me later on which still not done. I hope with this feedback and others as well , will help him to improve the service level to acceptable standards should consider these feedback and carry audit from time to time on these type of apartments to confirm the announced standards are really matching otherwise it should be considered false information / data and should be removed from the website Thanks

The only good thing about this hotel was one staff member, otherwise it was a nightmare. A Fawlty Towers reality!

Everything was a nightmare. You couldn't find the place as no name on the building and the receipt shows Kensington Park Apts, not London Apart Hotel. It was filthy. When confronted the so-called Manager swore heavily. There is something extremely wrong, if not illegal, with the whole set-up. The pictures on web are completely deceiving. I have no idea why even lists it. We should have read more comments as the comments vary drastically. I have no idea why. The place is definitely disgusting. I emailed to request assistance over the booking, but received no reply.
