The room was spacious and well equipped, with complimentary water and tea making facilities. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful and hot. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering services like laundry and taxi hailing.
The TV choice was limited. the hotel was located in a busy area, making it difficult to find taxis and it was far from the city center.

Located on a bustling street, but surprisingly peaceful, and we could sleep well at night. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of choices from different parts of the world. The staff was quite friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.
Our Xmas stay at this hotel was not impressive. The hotel rooms were lacking basic comforts which made our stay less enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the 7th floor lounge with comfortable tables and chairs. Additionally, the location was convenient, as I could easily walk to find a taxi or utilize public transportation.
