Rural location, easy access to roads. Well-maintained property with a French ambiance. Limited English spoken, but communication is fine. Standout point is the high-quality restaurant. Considerate owners offer indoor parking for motorcycles.

nice setting and receptionist helpful
no dining facility for evening meal. Did not like the idea that there are no resident staff overnight. Breakfast expensive for what you get.

Peace and quiet
It could do with a lounge area to sit and have a drink in

The restaurant served delicious regional cuisine. The surroundings were beautiful, with a river and water wheel. The rooms were comfortable with great views. Good value for a 2-star hotel.
I just loved being told that I couldn't swim in the pool in the morning. How dare they ruin my swimming plans!

The location makes up for the spartan rooms, the rooms require an update they were very tired nearly as tired as me after a 300 mile journey. The staff and the breakfast and the breakfast area were quite nice.
The rooms were poor !!

The value for our money at Logis was incredible - great views, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic restaurant. The location was picture-perfect, surrounded by fields and a beautiful river with a water wheel. The staff treated us wonderfully, making us feel welcome and ensuring our stay was memorable.
The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe with some fresh bread options.

Quiet rural location, well-maintained building. French-speaking staff but communication was fine. Impressive high-quality restaurant. Motorcycle parking offered inside the building, thoughtful gesture.

Delightful position with mill race outside dining area. Charming madame hostess, and good food. Very fair value for money. Bedrooms on the small side - could do with more space.

Its location.
When we arrived on a Sunday evening the place was closed. Apparently, on Sundays it is their normal practice to close between certain hours. This was not made clear at the time of booking. It was very frustrating. There was a number to ring but the person on the end of the phone spoke no English and my French did not cope. We managed in the end, but for a hotel so close to Dover not to have any English speakers on their staff in the peak holiday season is not sensible, not for the traveller nor themselves. Booked.net, who have never let me down before, gets low marks for this and should I feel address this issue.

Quaint hotel. Excellent dinner menu. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.Lovely location. Excellent as a stop over on route. Staff very friendly, appreciated our efforts in French but also spoke some English.
A shame the restaurant is closed on a Sunday eve as we used it as a stop over on both journeys, one just happened to be a Sunday. Had to back into town for a meal, but we did know about this before hand so were prepared.
