We stayed at a charming hotel with a lovely pool. Our room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning to beat the summer heat. The village location added to the peaceful atmosphere. The continental breakfast was plentiful and healthy. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location by the river and on the edge of the village was charming. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating.
More breakfast options would have been nice, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

We had an absolutely superb experience. The hotel and room were very clean, comfortable and quiet. The service was pleasant, helpful and effective. The patio restaurant was delightful. The hotel is located in a small village that is fun to walk around and relaxing, albeit with essentially no tourist services per se. All for $100/night for three people in September.
The only "problem" is that the hotel is not close to anything. A car is a must, and even so Orthez is 15-20 min away. On the other hand, it is centrally located to many fine medieval towns, the beach, and the mountains on timescales of 45-90 minutes drives.

On arrival only a piece of paper pinned to the wall to tell us which room we were in,no staff! The bar was closed as was the restaurant so no food or drink available.Nothing in the room to make a drink.Expensive and poor breakfast. The staff were supposedly unaware of our booking with Booked.net and tried to charge extra!

This hotel is a hidden gem. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the attention to detail in every aspect. The location, nestled in a charming village alongside the motorway, makes it a convenient and picturesque stopover. The staff's service is exemplary, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided in the comfortable rooms, complete with a balcony and chairs, add an extra touch of relaxation. And let's not forget about the breakfast - absolutely delicious and satisfying.
All aspects of this hotel were simply perfect.

I stayed at this hotel on the edge of the French Pyrenees and close to the motorway. The location was ideal as I wanted a peaceful stay away from the busy highways. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service, and the continental breakfast was plentiful and healthy. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the small river on the edge of the village.
I was disappointed to find out that the restaurant was closed for dinner on some nights.

Very convenient for local attractions and facilities Breakfast good, Restaurant fine. Good value for money.
Room a little tired but not enough to complain about. Staff were a little non communicative and could have been more welcoming but again not worthy of complaint.

A Gastronomic Delight: The moment I tasted the culinary creations of Chef Marie and Gaël, I knew I was in for a treat. Their use of fresh, seasonal produce and focus on regional producers brought a burst of flavors to my palate, leaving me wanting more. It was like a symphony of tastes that danced on my tongue, making every bite a delightful experience. Trust me, their cuisine is a work of art!
Sunday Closure.

Hotel facilities were great, with a very good swimming pool and plenty of common rooms. The location on the edge of the village, by a small river, was very convenient. Breakfast was plentiful and healthy. The staff were considerate and helpful, especially with my husband's mobility difficulties.
Can't think of anything.

Evening meal very poor. Room above car park/ loading area and early bell ringing from church, disturbing if you are trying to sleep.

Located in a quaint village, perfect for a city break. The swimming pool was clean and a pleasant relief after a long day trekking. The staff was helpful and always ready to answer questions.
Prices at the hotel restaurant for items like drinks are exorbitant. the shower was cramped and too difficult to maneuver to use comfortably.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bearn, France. the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. Additionally, the staff were attentive and considerate, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The location, conveniently situated between Bilbao and Herault, made it an ideal choice for those on a long journey. Moreover, the hotel's attention to detail, such as providing rooms with balconies and chairs, added a charming touch to the overall experience.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.
