My stay at this countryside hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views were the perfect escape. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I loved how cozy my room was. The log burning stove in the lounge added a touch of warmth and comfort. The host was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed. Plus, the option to join other guests for dinner at short notice was a jaw-dropping surprise. The restaurant served delicious food and the wine selection was top-notch. The location was ideal for activities like hiking, cycling, and fishing. The off-site car park made it convenient for guests with their own vehicles. With free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, entertainment was always at hand. And for those who enjoy board games, they had a great selection to choose from. I was also pleased to discover that the hotel was a smoke-free zone and didn't allow pets. my stay was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend this hidden gem in the countryside.

A beautiful place surrounded by nature, with lots of activities to do. The atmosphere is so Roman, I half expected Julius Caesar to walk in any moment.
At least I didn't have to smoke in the room to get kicked out.

I had an amazing experience at L'Auberge Catalane in Latour-de-Carol. The location is superb, right on the main road and close to the station for the "Yellow Train". The free parking was a great convenience, and the evening meal was excellent, with a delicious breakfast as well. The host was very accommodating, especially when it came to my dietary needs as a vegetarian-vegan. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. I also loved the homemade cake and yogurt at breakfast. I can't wait to return on my next trip!
Nothing for me 😊

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a cozy and comfortable room that provided a beautiful view. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to ski resorts and stunning countryside. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Breakfast delights could be improved by having an earlier serving time to accommodate guests catching the Le Petit Train Jaune. However, a packed breakfast was kindly provided as an alternative.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski areas, making it a great choice for winter sports enthusiasts. It is also in close proximity to the mountains, providing stunning views for nature lovers. Additionally, it is situated in front of the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms are clean and adequately spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast in the morning and there is good wifi reception throughout the hotel.
The lack of drink facilities in the room for making tea or coffee is a drawback for those who enjoy a hot beverage in the comfort of their own room.
