The rooms are tastefully decorated, each with its own personality. I loved the big windows and balcony, providing a lovely view of the surroundings. The staff are incredibly attentive, treating guests like old friends. The service they provide is top-notch. The breakfast included in the stay was a delightful experience. I especially enjoyed having it in the comfort of my own room.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

In the centre of the city, close to everything around the block. Transportation to other neighborhoods is excellent. The facilities were clean, and the staff was accommodating.
Nothing at all.

I travel a lot and this is one of the biggest rooms I ever have had. In fact, as the name says, it is an apartment. The apartment has microwave oven, bathtub, free WiFi, balcony and washer. I didn't eat breakfast here so I can't comment on that. The staff is very service minded and do their best to answer questions you might have. There is a small grocery store just a few blocks down Hipólito Yrigoyen and Carrefour Express on the other side of Avenida 9 de Julio. The Subte (subway) stations Lima and Avenida de Mayo are located respectively 2-4 minutes walk from Loft & Arte. If you take the bus Manuel Tienda Léon, the subte station Retiro is on direct line to Avenida de Mayo. I would definitely stay here again!
I had the corner apartment so I could hear the morning traffic from both Salta and Hipólito Yrigoyen. I am used to traffic noise,so it didn't bother me but for those who prefer something more quiet, ask for a room with windows to Salta.

i was vey disappointed with the hotel. We were in loft 26 and like aprevious reviewer we were extremely disappointed. Room was old and in a great need of repair and attention, (cracked balcony glass door, handles falling off presses, gas heater with broken dial) the bathroom was also tiny. reception were pretty un helgul and were left outside the hotel waiting for someone to open the door as it was permanently closed with access only by bell call to reseption. Breakfast was just ok.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The value for money is exceptional, with affordable prices for the level of service and attention to detail provided. The staff treated us like old friends, making us feel instantly at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. We particularly enjoyed having a balcony where we could relax and soak in the atmosphere of the city. The bed was nice and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the included breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The staff made an effort to ensure my comfort. On my first night I was given a room facing the road; the continuous noise from heavy vehicles kept me awake. I complained about this I was given a room where I could experience quiet nights. I also couldn't use the microwave oven in the old room as it was all in Spanish & there was no simple hour, minute & second buttons. The new room had no microwave oven & I asked for one, an English speaking one; got one that was simple to use. Most of the staff could not speak English but they made an attempt to help & communicate. We used Google translate at the lobby desk for this purpose.
The spiral stairs to the bed & TV area upstairs. It was too narrow at 2 points. Since the toilet was downstairs it was an inconvenience at night.

The kitchenette was great. I only wish I had stayed here at the beginning of my trip as I would have saved quite a bit by cooking. The bathroom was very clean as was the room in general and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very tastefully decorated and there was a very comfortable little courtyard to sit out and check emails, have a coffee etc..The staff were very professional and friendly as well as helpful. I asked for a suggestion on a good place for a decent empanada and I was not disappointed.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks and I must say I was very impressed with my experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my every need. The location of the hotel was also excellent, right in the center of the city, close to everything you could possibly need. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had big windows with a balcony, allowing for plenty of natural light. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. And, the cherry on top, the breakfast included in the price was delicious and satisfying.
No aspect was found wanting, everything was great.

We stayed in this hotel 10 days. We have a dissent means. By our money hotel is an excellent choice. If we ever come to Buenos Aires, we'll stay in this hotel again.
Very affordable price. Good location. Excellent staff and service. Great hospitality. We advise this hotel for any people who doesn't has deep pocket. In a room we had microwave, gas plate, fridge. The hotel even supply plates, table ware, glasses. Just excellent! You can go to the store, buy some food and make dinner for yourself. Not many hotels can boast such a facility.
Can be noisy from the street, specially in weekend.
