Very convenient to walkway to parks, great location and the hotel and staff were amazing as well as the grounds.
Prefered the hot tub, wonderful, clean, comfortable chocolates on the pillow and the food and drink service at this pool was also good.
The room was great and had a nice view of the pool, hotel staff were excellent, the service was very good.

From Downtown Orlando (I-4 West) take I-4 West to Exit 74B (Universal Studios) and go in the right lane. At traffic light, take a right turn to Hollywood Way. In 800m take to the left and Portofino entrance is in 1.5km to the right

From Orlando International Airport take the North exit out the airport to Beachline Expressway (SR528) West (International Drive, Convention Center). Then go along Beachline and take I-4 East. Go through Exit 75A (Universal Studios) and go along the left lane. At the end of the exit ramp, take a left turn on Universal Blvd. You’ll see Portofino in 1.5km from the right side.

Definitely worth the boat trip to go here for a nice dinner, universal Studios is just over the hill anyway and the shops onsite had great souvenirs to bring to friends and family. The hotel itself is charming, also, the rooms are arranged in a huge honeycomb style and the staff could not be more accomodating. Bathrooms are very large and modern, all the restaurants are quite good, Italian theming is beautiful.

Great for going to the parks and a gorgeous view. Incredible 3 night stay, we loved the colors and shapes of the various buildings, lobby was nice. The staff were friendly and the maids were wonderful.

Very convenient to walkway to parks, great location and the hotel and staff were amazing as well as the grounds. Our room in building 3 near the pool was incredibly quiet, service was fantastic and the bathroom was large and plush. The restaurants were very good, our waiter was very attentive and polite all day along, the spa was wonderful, I had a massage and was heavenly.

One day we all road in a bicycle to the park and my daughters thought that was great, the rooms were larger and beautiful, and we had a nice view of the main pool. The hotel itself was gorgeous and service was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the food at the Seminar was suprisingly good and the Cappuccino was well made.

Our room was great and comfortable view a view of the piazza, the lights of the hotel at night were wonderful as well, the staff were helpful and polite. Bed linens were lovely, the service was okay, the food, we have had better and the adult pool was very quiet.

The hotel is lovely, service at this property is some of the best I have experienced and the rooms have nice bedding and can accommodate a family. Breakfast buffet at trattoria is quite good by the way as are all the dinners we had there.
