      Amazing hotel at affordable price and the staff was more than helpful.

      The location of the Ventana Canyon pro shop in the Lodge itself was fantastically convenient and hotel was great.

      The area is a nice location and this hotel is not overrated is fantastic.

      Room was huge, with good bed and linens, large bathroom with tub plus separate shower, and frig and microwave.

      I booked a suite (all the rooms are suites) with 2 king beds over the phone which went smooth.

      The suites are immaculate and comfortable, featuring southwestern decor, a complete kitchen, dining and sitting area, kingsize bed, claw-foot soaking tub and huge walk-in shower.

      The rooms are very well appointed with huge tubs and small plasma TV's in the bathroom.

      Within an hour our room was ready (way before it was supposed to be) AND they had upgraded us to a two bedroom suite.

      The service is impeccable in the hotel, restaurant, bar, spa, and golf shop.

      We had breakfast several times at the restaurant, which was extremely good in terms of food and service, and very reasonably priced.

      We asked the concierge where we could get some food nearby and he downloaded a menu from a local eatery, took and placed our order, drove to the restaurant and delivered our meals directly to our room!

      Staff was great and breakfast in the dining room was delicious.

      We ate one dinner and one breakfast at the lodge.

      Furthermore the staff was amazing and the concierge was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

      The service was amazing and the concierge was very helpful.

      The room we were finally given had a wonderful of the mountains, but this only came after a decent amount of wrangling with the front desk staff (who remained extremely friendly and accomodating throughout).

      The rate reasonable, good service and most of the employees are very helpfull.

      There is a small fitness room with a variety of equipment and outdoor pool, ping pong table, etc.

      The pool does not have a jacuzzi, but you are allowed to use the pool at the resort, which is about a mile away.

      Let me interject right here: for the four days we stayed at this Lodge, we NEVER saw any clerks, bell hops, valet parking attendants, pool people or anyone that would ever require a tip.

      Our room was HUGE, the kitchen was clean and restaurant was average at best.

        The nice sitting area, our very large suite had a balcony that looked out at the mountains and the hotel itself was not bad. Additionally the price was reasonable and the TV was a dinosaur in a 1990’s-style Furniture Warehouse-type gigantic armoir. The service was amazing and the concierge was very helpful. Our room was HUGE, the kitchen was clean and restaurant was average at best.

        Nice loung area and the room we were finally given had a wonderful of the mountains. This place was fabulous, first of all the staff was very helpful and attentive, the pool was as warm as most bath tubs.

        The historical downtown area and great stay. The rate reasonable, good service and most of the employees are very helpfull. The rooms are indeed quite large, the food delivery is prompt.

        Good sized living area - two bedrooms and great place. Service seemed very adequate, bathroom magnificent and big vanity/ mirror as well. In addition to every kind of fresh food imaginable and the facilities are comfortable and nice.

        The room had a sitting area and kitchenette that provided plenty of room. The rooms and furnishings are dated, but comfortable and quiet.

        I'm not sure of the rationale for not including the fee in the room price, but it is misleading. The pool does not have a jacuzzi, but you are allowed to use the pool at the resort, which is about a mile away.
