  The area was in full autumn colour and there was fresh snow on the highest peaks, the hotel was lovely, we arrived to a wonderful reception by the staff and imediately felt at home. Service was fast and efficient, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, menu was superb.

  On entering the impressive reception area we were greeted by a large blazing log fire, the food was of good quality, always hot and service was efficient, the staff were all very pelite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, our first meal that evening was excellent. Menu choices were lovely.

  Great location and hotel very clean. Good vaule for money, polite staff and food, the rooms and facilities are all excellent. Newspapers are available from reception at 9am.

  Very good hotel food and excellent service. Rooms bed bathroom spotless and the only snacks available were packets of Oatmeal/shortbread biscuits.

  Hotel is very comfortable, wonderful staff I could go on and bedrooms clean and spacious as are the bathrooms. The restaurant is light and airy and the food is good as is the choice.
