      There are much better hotels in the area for less money.

      I felt it was overpriced, even though the location was decent and the view was very pretty.

      When we left the hotel for the train station, we needed a taxi for which we paid 22 Swiss Francs.

      The Hotel is about 200m from the train Station, next to an underground car park, (this is an advantage!

      The bedrooms are of a good size, providing the visitor with bathroom facilities to a very high standard.

      We loved our very contemporary room with lots of wood - particularly the extensive glass toward the Lake and the ample balcony.

      Blue rooms with dining outside balconies face the lake that laps almost at the base of the building.

      The most comfortable beds, beautiful view, courteous staff, delicious breakfast!

      It is a modern hotel, with standard modern (business) type rooms.

      Breakfast is included in the room rate and be sure to have dinner at the restaurant at least once during your stay.

      In fact, if you stay here, check out the Sushi Lounge Bar at the Eden Hotel next door.

      The Sushi Bar has great lounge music, a beautiful view, relaxing atmosphere and offers half price sushi, for about 1 hour, in the early evening around 6pm.

      But the staff was helpful, the breakfast delicious and the view absolutely outstanding.

      I very much liked the hotel, my only complaint was that there was loud music and noise from patrons siitting outside at a bar across the street which made it impossible for me to get a good nights sleep.

      The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

      Service as everywhere in the hotel is prompt, curtious and friendly.

      Der Service war noch ganz gut, aber das Zimmer sah noch so aus, als wenn es seit den 80er Jahren nicht mehr verändert worden war.

      There was a computer with free internet access in the lobby.

      The guest lobby is well served with all the information you need.

      In the central Lugano region, it appears to be the only hotel, with a pool, that is directly on the Lake.

        Was an easy walk from the train station, the pool area was fabulous and the service itself was good. We paid for a room and the desk receptionists were friendly.

        A series of beautiful parks line the water, central location very good for bus train boat walk and made our family feel very welcome. The guest lobby is well served, the staff are also nice and the rooms have a fabulous balcony. The Sushi Bar has great lounge music.

        In the central Lugano region and good location. Overall friendly atmosphere, courteous staff and clean room. Really nice terrace, really excellent breakfasts.

        The view is great, for convienience the hotel is well placed and we also loved the breakfast on the roof terrace. The pool is nice.

        Lugano was easy to access by train and the hotel was convenient to the train station - we even walked to the hotel with our luggage (this was a long walk, but we travel light). But the staff was helpful, the breakfast delicious and the view absolutely outstanding.
