Excellent location and stunningly different - taxi dropped us in seemed a back alley.

Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, the location was great as was the interior re-design of a 17C Palazzo and the staff were amazingly helpful.

Best location, nice and helpful stuff, a good price for a a.

The location of the hotel is great; right in the middle of everything.

It's a shame because the location is fantastic.

There were some stains on the bed covers, the bathrooms were slanted, the floors (marble) were dirty, and the showers were sub-par (we had better showers/bathrooms at hotels that were only $175-$200/per night in other locations).

Room facilities: Air Conditioning, Night porter, Room service, Personal computer, Internet connection, Satellite TV, DVD movies, Telephone, Radio, Fax, Copying.

2 comfortable queen-size bed, large LCD TV and tasty breakfast.

We had spoken to another couple from Germany, and they did not hav a computer in their room as well (there are only a few rooms in the hotel,.

We communicate that we would not stay in that apartment the second night and the woman told us that we have to pay the room anyhow.

Hotel facilities: Air Conditioning, Parking, Lounge/bar, Laundry, Safe.

Breakfast was a delight - freshly squeezed orange juise - blood orange juice!

Moreover the breakfasts were much more than expected.

Made fantastic suggestions regarding restaurants.

The breakfast was way, way, WAY under par.

Very central location, excellent service from the hotel staff - very friendly and helpful, our room #9 was like dancehall in the small castle wiht high windows.

We didn't have many special requests of the staff, so I can't really comment on the service.

The staff could not have been more helpful and sweeter.

Retained much of the character of the historic building and staff are great.

Also the receptionist is really friendly and helpful.

The staff did all seem to be young, 20-somethings, and I can see how the other reviewers could see that they a little disorganized.

Very central location, excellent service from the hotel staff - very friendly and helpful, our room #9 was like dancehall in the small castle wiht high windows. Moreover the breakfasts were much more than expected.
