The setting here was absolutely breathtaking and perfect for our weekend getaway. 🌲 The pool was nice and the staff went above and beyond to assist us - they were so attentive and helpful.

the stay was absolutely really nice. came here for 2 days, the hotel was lovely traditional, it had magnificent location so close to the centre of san carlos de bariloche, the llao llao and the coastline. the staff was very helpful providing the information.

The original hotel has very helpful staff. The rooms have big beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. They also feature central heating and an individual safe. The captivating views of the mountains and lake around the hotel are stunning. The location is convenient, near bars and cafes.

we received a room with no air condiotion- should not be in a 5 stars hotel. they moved us to a newer room which was very far from the public spaces' we use 3 elevators to get to the room. and the air condition did not work again.

Llao Llao Resort, Golf-Spa was absolutely stunning, worth every penny. The room in the old building had so much character and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was professional and the amenities were top-notch.

The breakfast could have been better with less dry scones and runnier jam. But overall, it was a perfect stay.
