  Wonderful location and fantastic Hotel. For a well packed venue didn't disturb our night, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean, lovely comfy bed. Restaurant more like a big fast food cafe, in the evening the menus are varied and again reasonably priced.

  The sea views on offer are very good and the hotel is spacious and clean. Beautiful venue i would recommend for any special occasion, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and well appointed. Breakfast is excellent and there is something to suit all tastes.

  In the evening we dined at various locations – little italy on the actual seafront at seaburn, pleasant stay and the receptionist was extremely helpful and the staff were very courteous. The rooms were comfortable, the food was beautiful from the canopies to the wedding breakfast and the evening meal was delicious. Varied menu was second to none, the manager has a fantastic 'sense of humour' and all the team were great.

  The food is excellent and the location is amazing, a nice quiet hotel, nice to see no smoking policy in place. The suites are gorgeous, the reception restaurant staff are very friendly.

  The location is superb as is right at the mouth of the river tyne, the hotel is in a delightful setting and the staff are friendly and accomodating. The bedrooms are spotlessly clean.

  Excellent value for money and friendly staff. The room service was brilliant and the towel warmer was the best. The food was beautiful.

  Great all round hotel, fantastic Reception Staff and our room was large as was the bathroom. Breakfast was hearty and lovely.

  The wine service was incredibly bad and beer was expensive.
