Decent and efficient staff, I felt right at home!

I loved spending time here. The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a very pleasant area, right by Connecticut, and shops and restaurants. Queen room I stayed at was unique with jacuzzi. The service offered was good. Took the advantage of the parking onsite.

The room was big size with jacuzzi, and we liked having access to wake-up service. The staff were exceptional and courteous and the location was excellent in the most charming area in the country...

Cheap and big room with exceptionally comfortable bed and central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. Particularly nice breakfast with a great selection of awesome food.

It was in a stunning and fantastic location so close to the restaurant and kitchen.

Its location in Litchfield was stunning and fantastic, near the downtown which has good restaurants, hiking, restaurants and shopping, and great shops and boutiques.

Cheap and big size room with microwave, Jacuzzi plus ample space, ideal for our purposes. The location of the hotel was marvellous and stunning, on Bantam lake. It was also so close to restaurants.

Beautifully designed hotel that has very efficient staff with my management and staff. The restaurant serves fine homemade food.

Came here for 1 night with my friend, everything was great. I liked the stay, my room was big with fridge and microwave as well as free water.

Friendly reception staff. Helpful with room change. Delicious breakfast with made-to-order eggs. Tasteful decor in peaceful room.

Unfortunately the Inn is under renovations. We never had heat in our room on Friday evening and due to the storm on Saturday, no heat again due to power outage throughout Litchfield. The renovated pub was lovely and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and very professional. Welcoming atmosphere. The location of the Inn is perfect for a visit to the country in the autumn.

Although the Inn is under revocations, the bedrooms are tired and need decorating desperately. Heating system did not work thoughout the Inn before the Saturday storm and our rooms were constantly cold The staff at the reception area was young, lacking in knowledge of local events, restaurants & places to visit.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with jacuzzi. That hotel was in a great and stunning location, ready to assist with questions pertaining to the area.

The rooms need look a little tired. Reserved 2 rooms with king beds and got one king, one small queen. Need more servers for breakfast. Butter and jelly not brought until requested and I was finished when it came.

The hotel was clean and the location was stunning to the cozy restaurant. Our room was large and beautifully designed with fridge and microwave and the staff were excellent.
