I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest house in a vibrant European city. The location of this hotel was excellent, as it was within easy walking distance of the main square and other attractions. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. The common areas of the hotel were cozy and inviting, providing a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. The breakfast in the morning was a delightful start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from. I found this hotel to be a great value for the price.
Although everything at this hotel was satisfactory, the size of the rooms could have been a bit larger for more comfort.

It was a great stay in lisbon dream guesthouse and we enjoyed it totally. Good location, near metro and close to barrio alto. Good breakfast, nice price. And sooooooo comfortable beds. We definitely would come back, if we visit lisbon again.

This guesthouse is just charming. The next metro station is around the corner, perfect for exploring the city. Allan, who's working there, gave us a lot of insider tipps. He and his colleague helped us by finding the right busses and were just very friendly the whole time. breakfast is great, rooms are comfortable and there was no waiting time for the bathrooms, as the have 3 or 4 of them!

Convenient location, walking distance to Baxaia area. Simple breakfast with freshly baked croissants. Clean bathrooms, though sometimes a bit of a wait in the morning. Relaxing terrace for unwinding. Friendly and helpful staff.

Weekend exploring Lisbon. The guesthouse is a little away from the main attractions but Lisbon has a great network of transport systems. It was clean and lovely and we would definitely stay there again!
It is a shared bathroom and so be prepared for that! Although they make it as easy as possible with slippers and bathrobes and the bathrooms are clean and homely.

English-speaking staff were extremely helpful, especially in allowing us to print online boarding passes for buses & flights. Shared bathrooms were kept virtually spotless at all hours. The entire guesthouse was spotless and very well set up for an enjoyable stay.
We could hear someone in the room next door snoring and also the sound of people opening/closing their doors during the night to go to the bathroom but I had to really think of something to write here!

The room was spacious and clean, with a large comfy bed and high ceilings. I also loved the large windows that provided a great view of the surroundings. The staff were really friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was also convenient, not too far from the city center and close to a metro station. The breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious home-made pastries and a little bonus of freshly baked croissants. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was the intermittent hot water in the bathroom. However, I'm sure the hotel staff would have resolved it if I had brought it to their attention.

The property is clean with an amazing design, and the continental breakfast is gorgeous. The rooms are new-fashioned and individually decorated, with a lounge and a safe. The bed is very comfy, really!

Really warm welcome from Manuela who took the time to show us sights of interest on city map - nice to be greeted by someone who is so passionate abou their city! Hardly ever a wait for the bathrooms, and they were always very clean with a constant supply of clean face flannels. Good breakfast (fresh warm croissants!) and access to kitchen facilities and fridge free of charge. Also handy to have a small supermarket right next door. Free tea and coffee was always welcome at the end of a long day. Really good directions provided by the hotel once the room was booked - very easy to find! The area is fairly quiet in the evening but not at all unsafe, during the day it is busy with office workers professionnals and bankers in the streets nearby. Wifi is also available free with a good connection, and they also provide a laptop for guests to use at any time. The free slippers are a bit flimsy, but the dressing gown is very handy!
It was a bit of long walk from the main sights of the town to the hotel , but we decided to explore most of the city on foot. If you chose to use public transport then this wouldn't be a problem, and Lisbon is definitely not a flat city. Also there is no lift to the first floor where the hotel and reception is located, the stairs are not too daunting though.

Lisbon Dreams Guesthouse is definitely a dream. The room was very nicely decorated, immaculately clean and comfortable. Sharing the bathroom wasn't a problem at all as it was always very clean, stocked up and provided incredibly hot water at all times. The breakfast was nice too. This was our second time at it certainly won't be the last.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was great. The breakfast was really good and the location was great for exploring lisbon.
We booked a double but got a twin right next to the reception and we could hear everything through the door. At night the door for people to enter is shut and people coming in late couldn't help waking us. If you can avoid having room number 6.

Great breakfast and cleanliness in the facilities. The towels and the bathrobes I found in the room were clean and soft. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to many restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers.
The surroundings of the hotel are noisy and don't offer a romantic atmosphere for couples. The rooms are quite small, and the shared bathrooms can get crowded at peak hours.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was simple but satisfying. The bathrooms, though shared, were always clean and there was never a wait. We appreciated the robe and towel waiting for us in our rooms and enjoyed our stay very much.
At times the traffic from the busy road below us was loud but the comfortable beds made up for it.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location was superb, just a short walk away from the bustling city center. We loved the cozy balcony where we could relax in the evenings. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless clean, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in.
Can't think of anything.
