  Fabulous views from the room terrace and great place. Very warm , friendly service and beautiful restaurant.

  Hard & creaky bed, the bar closed quite early.

  Very good location in teh city and perfect for a small stay in Lisbon. Very friendly staff and great rooms. Alos very nice breakfast.

  Excellent location, just returned from a 6 night stay at the Regency and attentive staff. Very good breakfast buffet.

  Decoration and rooms too old, the matrass on the bed was very hard.

  Good location, friendly, helpful staff.

  The hotel is quite old and poor decoration, the train station Rossio is closed. Rooms overlooking the street are very noisy upto 4am and one of the most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in.

  Theocation and the view are the 2 only things that were not disappointing, hotel is in an excellent location.
