This is a lovely boutique hotel with great value for money.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book there again - it would be difficult to beat this hotel at the price.
Very nice four-star hotel and a very good rate I linked to on the Booked.
Conclusion : excellent location, complimentary port you check in is a plus and quaintly located on a quiet side adjunct road.
The location was perfect in our view (an easy walk to many attractions and shopping) and we were glad that we chose the friendly welcome of this property over larger and more impersonal choices nearby.
The location was fantastic, cabs were cheap and the Hotel buffet breakfast was indeed excellent and abundant.
Easy taxi ride back to the airport is a plus and the hotel is in a good location.
We arrived at the airport and would recommend using the hotel shuttle bus as an easy way to get to the hotel.
We had two rooms, both large and spacious, bathrooms were small but perfectly adequate (large, deep tubs w/ showers, bidet, toilet, sink).
We booked a standard room, which was a good size and nicely furnished, the only minus point being the hard bed.
The worst however, was our rooms bath tub and shower situation that was in dire need of a complete overhaul( including black mildew stains in the grout!
Bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts were very good.
Room was comfortable and quiet and clean, the staff unobtrusive but efficient, and the bathroom more than adequate.
Bar staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was fine.
The exceptional customer service we received They went out of their way to help us get reservations, the bar is well appointed and breakfast is good.
Rooms were nicely sized, the bar was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was very large.
We didn't fancy the hotel restaurant dinner menu and there is a reasonable selection of restaurants nearby but it isn't absolutely heaving with variety.
Beware of the sometimes outrageous Coperto's/cover charge that some of the popular Bario ALto outdoor restaurants will charge you after you eat an olive or two from the dish.
The rooms were big and the recommandations from the reception/concierge for all kinds of restaurants were perfect.
Location was perfect - we like to explore destinations on foot, the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, the service was impeccable: warm.
For the price we paid and two free internet-equipped computers in lobby.
The lobby is gorgeous and the desk clerks were extremely helpful.
Very good housekeeping (fresh bedding every day).
Good news is that the internet and wireless, if you take your own computer, is free.
Additionally the internet is great, two computers are available for guests to use free of charge.
Also the room were very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good.
The service was excellent and bathroom was perfectly clean.

This is a boutique hotel with outstanding service, old-world charm yet fashionable and gorgeous details,,, several living rooms, Port wine served as you check in and clean and neat rooms and public areas.
