The spacious room was reasonably priced. The breakfast had a nice variety of products. The hotel is located in a marvelous location, just a 15-minute walk from Montrose Beach. It is conveniently situated near a conservatory restaurant for dining and close to the town center and train station. I would happily recommend it to anyone staying in the Montrose area.

The location was absolutely perfect and excellent - so close to areas on the coastal route, and shops, pubs, takeaways, cafes, and restaurants. Visited Montrose Museum, one of the tourist spots, located not very far from the hotel.

We stay in the executive king room quite often; it is extremely pleasant and airy. The hotel is in a perfect and magnificent location, right by areas on the coastal route, the beach, high street, and a lovely park.

The price here was fair. The room itself was fully stocked and nicely furnished and had a lovely view of the gardens on the other side of the street. 🌳

In the executive king room here, we had some fresh orange juice included, which was a really good deal 💰. It was totally worth the money!

It's a great value property in Montrose, great value for money. It's the perfect location, close to the beach. The restaurant in the hotel is nice for dinner. Every time we stay in Montrose, like to stay here.
