I would probably go back to the same hotel, if I am able to get the same kind of price - the value of the hotel in itself is good that it is possible to forget that the hotel is quite large, and that the service can be impersonal.
It was everything you could wish for, an amazing hotel in an amazing location.
Spacious overlooked the main street of town, perfect location and very nice private termal area of the hotel.
I would suggest that if you want to book at the resort, make sure of the exact location of your room.

The room was very small and the bed was more a child bed.
Very comfortable rooms and beds, best breakfast buffet of any hotel we stayed at by far.
Everytime you turned on the light in the bathroom a noisy extractor fan turned on (you couldn’t turn it off) so it was impossible to have a relaxing shower or bath if you wanted the light on.
The heating in the room was switched off, as I discovered at 11PM in the evening, in a freezing room (it can get very cold in the winter in Leukerbad).
Best breakfast buffet of any hotel we stayed at by far, without a window the bathroom without a light was pitch black.
The room was spacious and the buffet breakfast offered a really big variety of different food.
The definite advantage of staying at Lindner in Leukerbad is its breakfast: lots to choose from, very polite cooks making fresh food/drinks of guests' choice.
The breakfast is great, by Swiss standards the Christiana is well priced and pools are a big bonus.
Plus: great restaurant and a free swimming pool.
FREE INTERNET AT RECEPTION and wonderful breakfast.
What was most unusual to me was unfriendly and arrogant staff at the reception.
We found our stay beautifully easy because of baby waggon access everywhere and the staff was very attentive.
Friendly staff, the owners are very nice.
The services (pedicure 125 CHF, 50-minute massage 100 CHF) were more than I expected, but then I'm not an expert on what such things cost in the mountains.
A great perk is the free gym and a free swimming pool, but you have to pay for thermal baths extra.
But the best things about the hotel are definitely the Hotel-Wellness-Area (pool, "grottenbad", outside pool, sauna) and the great breakfast-buffet!

We liked the hotel just fine -- clean, staff very friendly to us and very comfortable rooms.
The room was spacious, clean, but not sound-proof - I was on the first floor, and was able to hear very clearly the piano from the bar down below.
