The venue is clean, with marvellous and stunning location close to the beautiful and peaceful gardens on a gorgeous sunny day, the Lakeside where u can rent boats, go on excursions and Shops. Good people working here. Great choice for weekend.

The venue is impressive, it offers sensational breakfast and has gorgeous location right by far away from the lake, the Nab ferry and Bowness, and other Lake District pubs. The staff is kind, faultless. The bar is inviting.

The venue is fairly clean and great-sized, views are excellent, the location is stunning close enough to other Lake District pubs and restaurants, the Lakeside where u can rent boats and the restaurant and lounge/bar areas. The staff is faultless, the room is quiet and bright.

I have stayed in the superior double room with a large well appointed bathroom. It has perfect, magnificent setting, right by the very short ferry to Beatrix Potter's Hill Top Farm at Hawkshead, and the waterfront.
