We loved everything about this hotel, from the convenient location to the amazing breakfast. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with equal class to any metropolitan establishment. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the parking and transportation options. Lastly, the proximity to wineries was fantastic and added to the overall experience.

Only one very small negative thing - Spa button wasn't functioning properly; therefore - no spa for us :o(

Located in a scenic area close to a popular winery, this hotel is in an ideal spot to explore several other nearby wineries. While the hotel is a bit shabby in areas, the restaurant has excellent cuisine. Rooms are spacious but may require a few updates such as better window coverings.

The customer service could use some improvement, with guests complaining about unfriendly staff and poor attention to detail.

No table and chairs in room tv too small and location ele blanket did not work light in bathroom broken water runs under the shower door over the floor

I've stayed there many times and the staff look after me better than any where I stay.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil setting surrounded by a beautiful country landscape. The delicious breakfast buffet offered fresh pastries and good coffee. We also appreciated the location, as it was easily accessible to local attractions.

The restaurant food was not up to our expectations, and the service was a bit slow. It took a while before we were greeted by staff and given menus.

It's close proximity to Brown Bros winery and other centres to visit.Being there when the storm came through was spectacular, to see the changes in the terrain as it approached was interesting, as we had not witnessed anything like this before. We had a very relaxing time.

The timing of our visit with the restaurant not being open was disappointing but we enjoyed our stay just the same.

Staff were friendly, countryside beautiful and environment of vineyard and tasteful building was very appealing. Enjoyed the lovely breakfast and accommodation in general. Thank you!!!

Room was close to noisy wedding reception and windows were not sufficiently covered to keep out morning light. We needed a well deserved sleep in but room lit brightly early morning.

The scenery around the hotel was amazing. We loved walking through the beautiful vineyards surrounding the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing information on local attractions and activities. The breakfast options were varied and tasty.

The room was sub-par. The room looked shabby with stained carpets and walls with abrasions.
