The hotel is conveniently located very close to the town centre, making it easy to explore the area and visit shops and restaurants. However, it should be noted that the selection of shops nearby is limited, with only small "premier shops" available, which may not provide a wide range of options. The public areas of the hotel were quite dark, creating a somewhat gloomy atmosphere. In terms of the rooms, some guests mentioned that they were on the small side with minimal storage space, but the staff provided good service and the breakfast offered a decent selection.
One negative aspect was the outdated and not very clean bathroom in need of refurbishment.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. We couldn't believe how affordable our stay was, especially considering all the amenities provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. We also loved the convenience of the hotel's location, very close to the town centre.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The hotel room was freshly renovated and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests.- The location was convenient, close to the town centre and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The bathroom was small and the shower had low water pressure. The noise from the main road could be quite bothersome, even with the blackout blinds and curtains.

The best customer service I've ever had in any hotel.

The room was of fair size, as was the bathroom. Everything you needed was in the room.
The hotel specifies that there is a car parking, The car park is extremely small and we couldnt find a space so had to park down a road.

Convenient location, easy check-in process, and clean room with comfortable bed.
Noisy environment with loud music playing until late at night, and poor breakfast experience with low-quality food and disorganized service.

Good location - near the centre of Northampton.
Car parking less than ideal, with a pot holed track and then only a small number of spaces. Lack of easy chair in room. Breakfasts seemed expensive.

Clean, simple, efficient, and the staff were very welcoming - and didn't even charge me for breakfast as "I'd only had a bowl of cereal" - which was a nice touch. It's the best of a bad bunch in Northampton.
Bathroom a little bit dated I guess but that's a small niggle.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Northampton and had a wonderful experience. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the amenities provided. The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and all the usual Best Western amenities. The location was also great, situated in a convenient area close to the train station and town centre. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, I was pleased to find that breakfast was included, and there was a good variety of options available.
All in all, everything was great and I couldn't find any faults.

Not much, only people in the hotel and pushed outside in a converted barn. No chef in the evening and room was setup for one person. My wife and I went to Northapmton to support Gloucester RFC and with the cost would have been better driving home and having a good meal out.
Other than the duty staff not much, I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this was way down on my list of best places to stay. A budget hotel would have been better.
