Came in Sarasota to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was good choice for doing it. The property staff was affable and amicable. The room we had was neat with a view. We stayed here for 2 nights and truly enjoyed the place.

It's a modern and luxury hotel for a trip in Sarasota. This property has stunning and perfect location disappointed in the lack of the gift shop. And it's close enough to the Theater of the Sea, the Circle and the beach and the "new tower".

Upgraded to the suite side which had awesome views and full kitchens - mind-blowing! The beach was exceptionally clean and perfect for watching jaw-dropping sunsets. The top-notch beach amenities included sun loungers and umbrellas. Great dining options on-site and nearby, plus a fitness studio for those looking to stay active. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Will definitely stay here again for the fabulous experience!

This hotel is modern and luxurious with reasonably good employees from bartenders to maids. Make sure you stay in the deluxe room with the view of the garden. The location is stunning and wonderful, 15 minutes' walk to an upscale outdoor mall.

The beachfront location is mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping Gulf views from our balcony and fantastic beach access just a few steps from the pool. The van transportation to St. Armands Circle was super-nice, making it easy to explore the area. The Tikki bar had great value, especially during happy hour, and the helpful staff made our stay unforgettable. The free bus service to St Armands Square was brilliant, and the upgrade to a luxurious Premium Suite for a very modest cost was a pleasant surprise. the staff was always super-friendly and the beach was fantastic.
