The stay was absolutely very good. The hotel was fairly clean, there were caring and attentive staff and super breakfasts. They upgraded me to a good-sized and huge room with a spectacular view on the lake. The bed and pillows were amazing and the bathroom was nice. The property's location was stunning and fantastic, just off the island with nice landscape and an alpaca farm, and the train station.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was perfect. Its location in Puno was stunning, short walk to the shores of beautiful lake Titicaca, the restaurant and nice bar and downtown. Furthermore, in the dinning areas.

By and large, it was super base for sightseeing in Puno, had much fun and met really kind staff with excellent service. The location was amazing in the restaurant or the bar.

The setting is amazing and fantastic, it's so close to taxi which was recalled by the reception staff and Sillustani. The breakfast has extensive options with well cooked eggs, pastries plus home made cakes.

The stunning view of Lake Titicaca from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We were in awe of the natural beauty right outside our window. The hotel also had a free pool, which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including sugar-free food, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, providing us with all the necessary information to avoid extra taxes. The welcome plate with sweets was a nice touch and made us feel special. The restaurant on-site served delicious food, although it was a bit pricey. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning view, excellent service, and enjoyable amenities.

Easy parking and large breakfast with fresh food items. Location close enough to Juliaca airport, restaurant and the park. Also, on an island about a ten-minute drive away from central Puno.
