The location was great and everyone at this hotel was very nice. Staff were courteous and efficient, bed was comfy, the breakfast was average being called a hot buffet.

All in all the price was way too high for such a poor accomodations and the plastic rings around the elevator buttons were broken. The towels were thin and worn.

The restaurant downstairs is the best kept secret in the area and the hotel is not really maintained well. The rooms are quite big, the continental breakfast is minimal and the pool and Spa are great on a hot day.

The staff were extremely friendly and the location was perfect, this hotel was a good choice for Phoenix, room was cool, clean and comfy. The rate was really ok, we paid just 80$ for a double queen and breakfast.

Almost every room has an incredible view of the city skyline and the hotel is clean and comfortable for the cost. The continental breakfast should be skipped altogether.
