The location was PERFECT it was close to the rideau center and a walk away from everything.

The parking is pricey but at least it's within an underground parking lot, and it's patrolled so I never experienced any breakins.

The rooms we booked were 2 bedroom suites which we were told had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry etc however be advised that some rooms ending in '06' only have 1 bathroom.

Fantastic - with 4 of us, a 2 bedroom suite provided one bedroom with queen bed, one with 2 doubles, a queen pull out in the living room PLUS - 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, full laundry.

The "suite" was really more of an apartment, with a kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, and washroom, and bathroom.

In terms of customer service, when we called down for a simple corkscrew, the front desk completely ignored our request and we had to call the general manager just to get them to deliver a corkscrew.

This one was presumably clean: empty bear bottles in the room, cigarette buds on the balcony, half of the light bulbs were burnt and the cutlery and plates in the so-called fully equipped kitchenette were missing.

We found Les-Suites to be sqeaky clean and almost all the comfort of home.
