We were booking quite late for a ski trip during half-term, so had to compromise a little on location (aiming for Morzine). However, when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent nearby skiing. We arrived late at night - Valerie was sure to call up once we landed & make sure we knew where we were going, and made sure we could still get in.. Generally the staff were very nice, helpful, and discreet.
The only thing might be the location in that it's pretty quiet at night, so we had to drive to find much nightlife outside of the hotel. However, this would probably be ideal for a quiet family or couple on a break, and made it all the more tranquil - so not necessarily really a complaint, just a heads-up that if you're big on busy apres-ski, this might not be for you..

beautiful surroundings, swimming pool, sincere family staffs, room settings ( very clean and thoughtful, warm & cozy beds) They really made you feel very welcome and really thoughtful. I love the whole setting.
Breakfast - only one thing I am not so happy about - i would have been happy to pay more for some warm breakfasts such as ham, bacon or egg. The jam quality was not so good and there were no sugar free cereals. But I know french breakfast is in general like that, very sugary and cold food only.

Good service by staff, spacious room and nice location in the mountains. Typical ski holiday accommodation that is also good for mountain lovers and families in the summer. There is a good sized swimming pool. Note that breakfast is served in a separate building 50 meters from hotel, but that was not a problem for us.
There was a poorly equipped kitchen in the apartment: practically we could not make use of it. Bathroom needs a bit of refurbishment and a shower curtain at a minimum.
