We were pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient check-in process at Mercure. The staff provided clear directions to the secure hotel parking, just a short walk away. Though the decor was a little dated, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely view of the park across the street. The hotel's location was convenient, with the train station and various dining options within walking distance. The fact that the hotel had locked doors at night and a night watchman added an extra layer of security. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and plenty of seating. we would recommend this good mid-range hotel for a comfortable stay in Antwerp.
