  Good kindness of staff at reception desk and newly appointed rooms. I loved the elevators and incredible breakfast buffet. Decent dinner and nice pool.

  Hot bedrooms, food is good.

  A bit pricey in comparison to other fine hotels i have stayed at and service is awful.

  Soft bed and nice breakfast buffet. Luxurious pool.

  The staff were unable to help us book at other fattal hotels including other leonardo hotels and the maid service was poor. The fitness was closed due to renovation.

  Beautifully renovated rooms, decent food.

  Mich more reasonable price and service at the hotel was really bad. The reception desk was closed.

  The view was wonderful, nearby was great dining/shopping between new mall and the hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Service was excellent, room was nice and the elevator system was very clever efficient. The breakfast was very good, the pool was heavenly.

  Good location for touring, directly across the street from The Great Synagogue and breakfast food plenty w excellent quality. Not worth the money, the lobby is lovely and lines at the front desk tended to get too long at times. The rooms are very nice, bar are fine and the pool is beautiful and the Jim is modern and professional.

  The towels are dirty was really a problem and shabbat meals are far too expensive.

  The location was perfect, the hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable, staff could not care less attitude except for pr lady took care of us. Room service were also great and breakfast was amazing. The dinners were also good.

  The location was extremely accomodating and this hotel was gorgeous. The staff were helpful and the rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The elevators were great and breakfast was wonderful.

  Location and comfortable rooms, just across the street is Star Laundry. This hotel is great value, staff is courteous and helpful, elevator system is very efficient. The breakfast is delicious, outdoor pool is large.

  Price is a bit high and the beds are uncomfortable.

  We could view and enjoy the old city of Jerusalem in day, the hotel also attracts many families that make warm atmosphere, the staff is very nice. Breakfast room is enormous large and awesome pool and the food or chef Shalom kadosh is the best.

  Excellent location and a lovely stay. Israeli style breakfast buffet and a milk/fish restaurant served good, friendly service, the room was very comfortable and large and the food was varied and delicious.

  Very good position being only some 10 minutes walk from centre of town and the old city, the location of this is in the West side of Jerusalem near all the luxury hotels/shopping. The leonardo staff are great, rooms are spacious and the breakfast is generous and delicious. Outdoor pool is large.

  Location is great and this hotel is well situated to West Jerusalem sites. The staff is friendly, insisted on a top floor and a renovated room, the food is superb.
