  The hotel is very well located very close to the metro and some of the reception staff are nice and helpful. The room is air conditioned and able to be controlled, perhaps music to make more guest friendly.

  Likely the best value for ', friendly service and the rooms were clean at least and the food passable. Quick looby bar was convenient and the staff very helpful, breakfast was good.

  I liked the position of the hotel, excellent staff and room was large and commutable separate toilet bathroom. Service at bar was good also, breakfast was satisfactory.

  The hotel was close to the metro station was convenient for traveling and staff were friendly. The room was comfortable, the breakfast bar was really nice.

  Very good concierge staff and big room. Free juices at arrival and great variety in dinner en breakfastmeals. Outdoor pool.

  Location sits between the jewish and from the old town. The decor is dated.

  The staff were all very nice and tv worked well. The breakfasts were great.

  The breakfast very good, lovely swimming pool.

  T noticed that on the site and old hotel. The welcoming staff wasn', small tired rooms and no wireless free.

  Breakfasts excellent, good swimming pool.

  Overpriced and of poor quality, unfriendly staff. More options on rooms and no parking free.

  The location is great and the hotel is shabby and overpriced. The lobby is nice, the staff is very kind and the meals were good and the rooms are spacious. Breakfasts and food is excellent.

  The location was excellent, the hotel was really good and the lobby was large, bright. The staff were very caring and room was clean. The breakfasts were marvelous, beverage manager was wonderful and the swimming pool was a big disappointment.

  Valued customers very good location and central Bus Station. Hotel staff were helpful, service was excellent and a kettle for tea for this cold day made the room even more comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, the pool was fine.

  Proximity to the old city that the leonardo does at the prices that the leonardo offers, very good location and loved every minute of our stay. Spacious lobby area, helpful staff and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was nothing spectacular.

  Our room was clean, comfortable, light, well furnished and had an excellent view of the mt, breakfast at the hotel was good too, the staff were nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable and food was great.
