Everything exceeded high expectations, had a comfortable stay on a business trip. Our quiet room was complete with the photos listed, panoramic view, for instance. Thanks to the amicable staff everything was excellent, including a huge variety of fine food. Rooftop bar was there👌❤😃

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the friendly staff to the clean and well-appointed rooms. The location in a quiet avenue just a stone's throw away from the main strip was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise with its great variety of delicious options.

The location was perfect and nice, close to a neoclassical Moldovan Orthodox church. All the employees were well-trained and customer-oriented.

The complimentary champagne on New Year's Eve was a nice touch and the location was central to everything. The view from the room was also quite pleasant.

The room was very noisy, even on a high floor and with the windows closed. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issue and were generally unfriendly throughout our stay.

Stayed at a hotel recently on a romantic escape. Enjoyed the cozy ambiance and great breakfast spread. Location was also convenient for exploring the city and hitting up nearby restaurants.

Reservation was cancelled despite pre-arrangement and we were charged for a night we did not even stay. The room was mediocre and not worth the price.

Arriving late, the hotel staff kindly allowed me to park right in front of the entrance, making it easy to carry in my sleeping child. In the room, I was greeted with a handwritten note and some treats, showing that they paid attention to the little details. Despite the room description stating no possibility for extra beds, they offered and brought a fold-out bed for my 3.5-year-old at no extra charge. The central location was unbeatable, and parking in the underground garage was convenient. The breakfast buffet had an incredible selection of high-quality food, and the rooftop terrace provided a perfect setting for enjoying the sunset over Chisinau. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

The exclusive amenities in this venue are outstanding: the spa and wellness centre offers a variety of services, including a sauna, jacuzzi, full body massage, and beauty treatments. The restaurant serves high-quality and delicious food. The staff was highly accommodating, and the room advantages, such as in-room breakfast and private facilities, made our stay comfortable and satisfying.

The only minor issue was the location, a bit far from the city center, which sometimes made transportation challenging. The hotel could offer shuttle services, or at least provide better information about public transportation to the guests.

Convenient parking, friendly staff, nice note and treats in room, offered extra bed for child, late check-out.
